Virtual issue of 'Past & Present' on 'Capitalism and Global History' out now

We're delighted to announce the publication of a virtual issue of Past & Present on 'Capitalism in Global History' which is available to download for free

The collection is co-curated and introduced by the Global History of Capitalism project's Andrew Edwards, along with Peter Hill (Northumbria) and Juan Neves-Sarriegui (Oxford) and includes articles by Eric Hobsbawm, F. I. Israel, Robert Brenner, Guy Bois, Frank Perlin, Robert W. Patch, Chris Wickham, Adrian Graves, Inga Clendinnen, Maxine Berg and William H. Sewell, Jr.

The issue arises from the Political Economy and Culture in Global History reading group which was held at Brasenose College in Autumn 2019 and is also accompanied by a series of blogposts, see
