The next lunchtime meeting of the Global History of Capitalism project will take place on Wednesday, 26th February, in Brasenose’s Medieval Kitchen from 12:30 to 2:00 pm.
Dr. Damian Clavel, managing editor of Capitalism, A Journal of History and Economics, will be our guest speaker. Damian will talk about the journal, whose inaugural issue was published in Fall 2019. He will also speak about his latest project, “A Miskitu King in the London Stock Exchange: Global Finance from the Amerindian Margins, 1816-1824.”
